Fitzgerald Falls

Fitzgerald Falls, Appalachian Trail (10/25/2007)
This out-and-back begins where the AT crosses Route 5 just north of Greenwood Lake, NY. Heading east on the AT, we climbed up the side of Fitzgerald Falls, and then took the Allis Trail (blue blazed) south into Sterling Forest for some viewpoints on Sterling Mountain before turning back.
