It was raining a bit this morning, so instead of heading to the Shenandoah Mountains, we decided
to visit the world famous caverns of Luray, less than a mile and a half from the inn in which
we were staying. The caverns are an amazing, magical place, and the guided tour below the ground
was enchanting. I took all these photos without a flash to more accurately capture the
atmosphere, which required keeping the camera very steady. Alas, some of the photos are a bit
fuzzy. Also, when possible I included people in the photos in order to provide scale.
Look closely for them. They're in most of them, if only in silhouette.
