I've been having back issues, making walking for extended periods of time difficult, so today we decided to go for a very short jaunt along the Passaic River, first stopping for
paninis at one of our favorite little places in the area, Tables for Two. The trailhead is no more than five minutes away.
Using this map, we parked in the lot on Springfield Avenue and headed north
to the river. We continued west along the bank of the beautiful river until we reached the western end at Snyder Avenue. We then turned back and retraced our steps.
Total distance hiked today was 1.3 miles in just under an hour.
